​Hello, I'm LOX.

After graduating from Birmingham Institute of Art and Design over 11 years ago I thumbed a lift to the big smoke, set up as a creative and have been settled here ever since.

My interest in art originally stemmed from my Dad who was an Artist and Forensic Scientist. I grew up in a house full of antiques, books and paintings, as well as a real human skull displayed in a cabinet. "Charlie" was found on an archaeological dig many years previous and was the subject of some of my Dad's oil paintings. All of this would most likely explain the hint of skeletal and biological fascination in my work, along with an interest in the celebration of life and death.
